Bad Vibes Bringing You Down?

The last few days have been an emotional roller coaster. I was working very hard on manifesting something I've been needing for the last 7 month, but also at the place I've been looking at for 3 years!

Lemongrass - apply to top of the head.
Clears negative thoughts and creates a shift in your thinking. I don't know anyone that hasn't dealt with needing a perspective switch in challenging times.

Once this protocol is finished, apply Energetic Boundaries daily to your solar plexus for up to 2 weeks is the MOST IMPORTANT PART. If you feel like someone has hooked you (or effected your vibe), apply cardamom oil to the bottom of both big toes to clear that hook.
