~About Essential Chi Flow~

My name is Jeni Hughes, and I am a certified Flowolgist, Essential Oil Educator, Empath, and a huge animal lover.

My path to becoming an energy healer was being stuck in depression for many years, I hated myself because of the way I felt daily, I was repeating the same problems day in and day out. I had no idea why I felt the way I did and I searched constantly for help with no progress.

I finally stumbled on a few individuals who helped me understand that most of what I was feeling was actually years of absorbing negative energy from other people. I was an Empath that had no protection.

I soon learned that being a highly sensitive Empath is actually a gift. I was able to clear myself of all those layers of hurt, unstableness, and self hatred and utilize essentially oils to help protect myself from negativity. I am now able to see the world in a whole new light.

My Mission

My mission in life has always been to want to help people feel better about themselves, be confident, and to understand that their gift is needed in the world. I want YOU to become your highest and best self possible.

Here at Essential Chi Flow, you will learn about the emotional benefits of essential oils and how they can help clear negative energy using a technique called Flowology.

I chose the name Essential Chi Flow because Essential Oils are the core tools of my practice and they help shift energy quickly. Chi, which means Energy, is all around us and flows within us. Flow is allowing your energy to be in constant movement. The lack of energy flow can cause depression, illness, and disease. Free flowing energy is living to your highest potential.

Flowology is an amazing technique that uses the emotional benefits and high vibrations of essential oils to move stagnate energy within the body when placed on acupuncture meridians. Learn more about Flowology here
